Here are answers to some of the questions we often get from different stakeholder and the media. You are of course always welcome to contact us with whatever question you might have.
Who owns Dissertation nurse?
How do you secure you don't have fake listings?
As we have no free listings and we have verified the contact information of anyone who makes and pay for a listing. In the case of suspected fraud, we get excellent help from our payment provider, Stripe, who also evaluates all new customers before they are allowed to make a purchase.
We can of course never be 100% sure, but we take all possible precautions to make sure it doesn’t happen.
How do I cancel my listing - and can I get a refund?
You can cancel your listing any time from your accounts page to the end of a payment cycle. We don’t give refunds, nor do we give any guarantees that you will find what you are looking for. The best advise is to make your listing so rich and interesting as possible and make sure it contains all the right keywords.
Can I hire someone to write my dissertation here?
No, you cannot! All profiles are reviewed before they are published. Profiles that promotes anything illegal or amoral will be rejected
Are there any discounts for people in need?
We don’t have the means to assess every student’s financial capabilities. We are therefore offering a very attractive price for students that barely cover our administration costs.
How do I pay a dissertation supervisor?
When you have found a dissertation supervisor, please spend some time getting to know him or her before agreeing on a collaboration. We (DissertationNurse.com) do not participate in any negotiations or facilitate payments. It is entirely between the student and the supervisor. Neither do we get any commission. So do a proper due diligence and give a rating and a review when you are finished
Do you offer free trial?
No we don’t as we are not selling a product, but offering a service where we connect people in need with people who can help
Is my information safe with you?
Your information is 100% safe with us. As mentioned earlier we are an independent company and as we are based in the EU (France) we are governed by the strictest privacy laws in the world. We don’t share your contact information with anyone unless you explicitly gives us permission to do so.
What do I do if my student isn't paying?
As a supervisor, it is your responsibility to assess your student’s ability and will to pay for the services you are offering. DissertationNurse do NOT engage in any legal or financial resolution process. Nor do we have any responsibility for the information given in the profiles.
We advise the parties to spend some time building trust and checking if it is the right partnership for you.
